Allen Chacha || Co-President

Allen Chacha (GMBA Candidate, healthcare concentration) has a BS in biology and chemistry and MS in molecular biology. In undergrad he was involved with a number of leadership positions in various college clubs including the pre-med club. Post undergrad, he managed crop research projects where he was instrumental in meeting a key company milestone at Dow AgroSciences in 2010. While pursuing his MS, he was successful in increasing participation & activities as biology graduate club president at IUPUI and organized a graduate symposium in 2013. Post graduate school, Allen oversaw the decommissioning and setup of a new molecular biology lab at Dow AgroSciences in 2015. Allen worked as a process improvement intern tasked with creating internal quality framework for IU Health system marketplace vendors.



Crystal Ki || Co-President

Crystal Ki graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Public Health (BSPH) in Environmental Health Sciences at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health. Currently, Crystal Ki is pursuing her MPH/MBA at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and Carey Business School. Her interests include healthcare management and operations, process improvement, and cost-effectiveness. She has worked with UNC Water Institute, Johns Hopkins General Internal Medicine, Johns Hopkins Endoscopy Unit, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, and Kaiser Permanente Mid-Atlantic Physicians Medical Group. 




Prateek Madaan || Executive Vice-President

Prateek Madaan (Global MBA Candidate with focus on Healthcare and Enterprise Risk Management) has 5 years of experience working in two different industries: pharmaceuticals and telecommunications. He graduated from Institute of Technology and Management, Gurgaon in 2010 with a B.E in Electronics and Communication. Prior to joining JHU, he worked with WNS Global Services (GSK Knowledge Center) in a consulting engagement with the Global Market Access and Pricing Analytics team of GlaxoSmithKline. This summer, he will be working with the Payer Strategy team at Evidera Inc. After completion of MBA, Prateek would like to continue working in healthcare consulting.






Hani Michael Annabi || VP of Strategy


Hani graduated from Johns Hopkins University in 2015 with a B.A. in Natural Science and was a member of the varsity football team. Currently, Hani is pursuing his Global MBA in Healthcare Administration and serves as the Executive Vice-President of Strategy for the Healthcare Business Association. He has clinical healthcare experience in the United States, Italy, and India. In addition, Hani is interested in medical research and serves as a Review Editor for Frontiers Medical Publishing; he has published research manuscripts focusing on Pharmacology and Anesthesiology. Hani currently works for CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield in the office of the CEO.  After he graduates from Carey in 2017, he is interested in pursuing a degree in medicine.



Natasha Chan ||  VP of Industry Relations

Natasha (MBA/MPH Candidate) graduated from UCSD in 2012 with a B.A in Human Development and a minor in Healthcare & Social Issues. Before coming to Johns Hopkins, she spent two and a half years as a consultant with Triage Consulting Group in San Francisco, CA. During this time, she specialized in hospital payment review and revenue recovery. Over the years, Natasha has worked with several healthcare organizations, including Kaiser Permanente, Scripps Health, Global Medical Brigades, and the Asian Liver Center at Stanford University. Upon graduation, she hopes to return to consulting with a focus on human capital management and organizational transformation.
